Printmaking in Colorado is an undergraduate exploration of the techniques and challenges involved in creating images through various printing processes.   Through step-by-step examination of specific methods taken with a focus on achieved personal results, the author aims to provide an introductory view into the printmaking art form and improve end-quality of each image pulled from the printing press.  While Intaglio and Relief process printing will be addressed in a cursory fashion, specific attention will be placed on the the difficulties and rewards that surface in Lithographic printing.  Additionally, Printmaking in Colorado will attempt to analyze the work and methods of traditional and contemporary artists that have produced images through various printmaking processes.
